Biltmore Parc condominium to break ground in Coral Gables

The 32 units at Biltmore Parc are priced from $950,000 to $1.65 million.

The Biltmore Parc condominium will break ground in Coral Gables on Wednesday afternoon.

Venezuelan developer Alirio Torrealba will host Coral Gables Mayor Jim Cason and other officials at a ground breaking ceremony at 5:15 p.m. at 718 Valencia Ave. A reception will be held afterward at the Biltmore Hotel Cascade Poolside Cafe.

Biltmore Parc will have 32 units, ranging from 1,745 square feet with two bedrooms and two bathrooms to 2,545 square feet with three bedrooms, a den and 3.5 bathrooms. They’re priced from $950,000 to $1.65 million.

Buyers will have access to the spa, pool and gym amenities at the nearby Biltmore Hotel. The shuttle will transport them to the hotel.

The general contractor on the project is T.A. Builders. It should be completed in December 2016.
