All Aboard Florida To Cash In On West Palm Station with 275-Unit Rental Tower

All Aboard Florida has revealed plans for an apartment tower and parking garage next to their West Palm Beach station as they look to monetize their new rail system.

The 23-story project would include 275 rental units along with 800 parking spaces, the Palm Beach Post reported. Units would be affordably priced, ranging in size from 600 square feet to 1,100 square feet.

Construction could be completed by mid-2017. City officials still need to approve the project.
