Cassa Brickell condo to break ground

The Cassa Brickell condominium project will hold its ground breaking on Thursday.

TSG Paragon Development and joint venture partner the Solution Group will hold the event at 11:30 a.m. at the site of its project at 201 S.W. 17th Road. That’s just west of Miami’s wealthy Brickell neighborhood and office area.

The 10-story condo with 81 units was designed by architect Carlos Ponce de Leon. It has 21 floor plans.

Sizes start at 760 square feet and prices start at $398,000. It will have one- two- and three-bedroom units, town homes and penthouses. Some units will include an open terrace with a garden and a small pool.

“At our company, we firmly believe in delivering products that are created using the highest quality materials, providing dynamic lifestyle experiences. Cassa Brickell will bring to the Brickell neighborhood what no other residential building has brought before – the boutique concept redefined,” Solution Group President Camilo Lopez said in a news release.

Cassa Brickell will include a rooftop vegetable garden, a rooftop open kitchen, a pool, a fitness center and original works of art.

The building should be ready in the summer of 2016.
