Palm Beach Gardens condo project to break ground

The Azure condominium project along the Intracoastal Waterway in Palm Beach Gardens has gotten the green light to break ground.

The 113-unit project at 2700 Donald Ross Road will hold its groundbreaking ceremony at 4:30 p.m. on April 2. Jupiter-based developer Frankel Enterprises will build two four-story buildings.

See the slideshow for renderings of Azure.

The units will be as large as 4,000 square feet and have private elevators. Prices start at $900,000. The project includes a club room, card room, conference center, pool and health club. The site will have garden walks along the Loggerhead Marina.

Glidden-Spina is the architect.
